In addition to supporting startups, AIC-SKU is committed to fostering a spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation within Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs). We believe that HEIs play a crucial role in nurturing the startup ecosystem on their campuses. However, the limited exposure to innovation and entrepreneurship among faculty and management, coupled with academic loads and inadequate resources, can hinder the establishment of such ecosystems.

Academic Partnership Model: To address these challenges, AIC-SKU offers an Annual Academic Partnership Model that is tailored to the specific needs of HEIs.

Our partnership model provides:

* Exposure to the Startup Ecosystem: Facilitating interactions with experts, mentors, and collaborators.
* Building Incubation Facilities: Resource mapping, identifying sectors for incubation and strategic business plan development.
* Policy Drafting: Assistance in creating IPR, Technology Transfer, and Incubation policies.
* Capacity Building: Training faculty to nurture student innovators and manage incubation centres.
* Student Training: Conducting knowledge sessions, workshops, mentoring, and innovation contests.
