Over decade+ years’ experience in research, mentoring, product development, training and 4+ years’ of experience in startup eco-system, currently working with AIC – SKU Confederation (Atal Incubation Centre – Sri Krishnadevaraya University) as Technical Executive (Innovations, Startups, Business Incubation, Strategic Program & Policy Development, Mentoring & Product Development), Dr. Mouli is a fervent start-up coach with experience in motivating and supporting various early-stage start-ups and MSMEs to achieve their corresponding entrepreneurial goals. He also facilitates startups in incubation centre and looks after the operational execution of the incubation centre. He is responsible for the Incubator Operations and Programs, Strategic planning for early-stage Pre-incubation & Startup management, Collaboration, Startups/Product Management. Earlier he worked as trainer in PMKK & mentor in skill development centre, Sri Krishnadevaraya University.

Dr. Mouli is a mentor to some of the Technology Focused startups, he is recognised as Mentor of Change by AIM, NITI Aayog. With his trailblazing skill set on various technologies, he voluntarily contributes as a evaluator, coach and mentor to ATL students through SIP and Tinkerfest Programmes initiated by AIM, NITI – Aayog, Govt. of India. Being a Technical Expert, Dr. Mouli is Tech consultant to some of the Startups in Energy, IoT, Healthcare and Deep tech.

During his tenancy, he has published 1 Book, 20 national and international research articles, trained and mentored over 500+ students and most of them are serving various IT, private & government organisations. Also, he got selected for Major Research Project Fellowship funded by University Grants Commission, New Delhi for a period of two years and he was also awarded Basic Scientific Research Meritorious Fellowship from UGC, New Delhi.

Dr. Mouli shares his knowledge and experience with some industries as Business and Technical adviser and He is also a certified social media marketer.

He has obtained certifications from Start-up India Learning Program from Invest India, Innovation Readiness Series™ from The IC2 Institute at The University of Texas at Austin and also obtained Advanced Diploma in Real-Time Embedded Systems from Cranes Software International Limited, Bangalore.

Post graduate in computer science from Sri Krishna Devaraya University. He has 10+years of experience in marketing field, System admin and computer operations. He has worked as System Admin, Asst Branch Manager for TEAM LIFE CARE COMPANY INDIA PVT.LTD, relationship manager in AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE and senior sales officer for HSBC for home laons. He has competencies in providing suitable financial solutions to individuals based on their tax and saving tools and responsible for selling financial products like Mutual Funds, Tax Saving Bonds, Sips, Insurance products and other investments. Rajasekhar supports finance and overall administration of the Incubation centre.
