GearBox Accelerator Program
The GearBox Accelerator Program is a six-week startup acceleration initiative jointly organized by Atal Incubation Centre – Sri Krishnadevaraya University (AIC-SKU) and Arthayan Advisory Services. The program is designed to equip startups with essential knowledge and mentorship on critical business functions, including finance, marketing, human resources, leadership, and fundraising.
Empower Early-Stage Startups: Provide structured guidance and industry insights to help startups scale effectively. Enhance Financial Literacy: Educate founders on fundraising, due diligence, startup valuation, and financial structuring. Strengthen Marketing & Sales Strategies: Help startups build strong brands, execute digital marketing, and improve sales funnels. Improve Operational Efficiency: Guide startups on HR documentation, team formation, and stakeholder management. Facilitate Investor Readiness: Train founders on pitch deck creation and investor pitching to secure funding. Foster Networking & Mentorship: Connect startups with industry leaders, investors, and successful entrepreneurs.
