AIC-SKU Confederation proudly introduces Naaripreneur, an exclusive entrepreneurship program designed to empower young women from Anantapur and surrounding regions. This initiative aims to provide holistic training, mentorship, and business support, enabling women entrepreneurs to build scalable and sustainable enterprises in the food sector.
The Naaripreneur Program addresses the gender gap in entrepreneurship, particularly in small towns where women have limited access to business opportunities. By offering specialized training and incubation support, the program equips women with the knowledge and skills to launch and scale their own businesses.
AIC-SKU has a strong track record in promoting women-led enterprises, with 44% of incubated startups being women-founded. Through Naaripreneur, AIC-SKU continues its mission to reverse talent migration and create a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Gainaloe Pvt Ltd. – Led by Vyshnavi Vadla, the company creates sustainable textile materials from agave plants, integrating rural women into the value chain.
