ANKUR Program - Afflatus Global School (AGS) Students
About
On 22nd December 2025, students from Afflatus Global School (AGS) visited Atal Incubation Centre – Sri Krishnadevaraya University (AIC-SKU) as part of the ANKUR program, with around 36 students actively participating in the session. The visit began with an interactive session by Dr. P. Jyothi, who guided students on how to identify real-world problems using practical frameworks such as 5W1H, Tree Method, and Pain Point–Solution mapping. The session helped students understand how to observe problems critically and convert them into meaningful solution ideas. Students then interacted with Mr. Nageshwara Rao, a student startup founder, who shared his inspiring journey of winning 1st prize at the Hyderabad Hackathon, where over 1200 student teams from both Telugu states had participated. He explained how his startup focuses on rainwater harvesting solutions and how a simple idea can grow into a successful innovation. Following this, Dr. C. Chandra Mouli, CEO of AIC-SKU, addressed the students on transforming technology into business, guiding them on the journey from student to student innovator and encouraging them to think beyond ideas toward impact and sustainability. The visit concluded with a guided AIC-SKU incubation centre tour, where students explored multiple startups, including: Helen Bikes Enwinove Solutions Liquid-free hand sanitizer innovation Conversion of banana waste into fiber and home décor products The session provided students with first-hand exposure to a vibrant startup and incubation ecosystem, inspiring them to explore innovation, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving with confidence.
