1. To create awareness among students about entrepreneurship as a viable career
pathway.
2. To develop an entrepreneurial mindset among engineering students.
3. To encourage students to identify real-world problems and think towards innovative
solutions.
4. To introduce students to the ideation-to-startup journey.
5. To encourage students to convert their technical knowledge into practical and
commercially relevant solutions.
6. To familiarise students with concepts such as innovation, problem validation,
opportunity identification, prototyping and startup development.
7. To motivate students to document and register their innovative ideas with the AIC
SKU incubation ecosystem.

• Exploring startup and self-employment opportunities.
• Understanding the importance of innovation and experimentation.
• Taking the first step from an idea towards an entrepreneurial journey.
Ideation Outcome – Day 01
At the conclusion of the first day's activities, students generated and documented:
Total Ideas Generated: 12
These ideas represented the initial entrepreneurial and innovation-oriented thinking generated
through the awareness and ideation activities.
4. Day–02 Proceedings – 28th October 2026
The second day of the Srujana Shibir programme was conducted on 28th October 2026.

6. Consolidated Ideation Outcome
The most significant measurable outcome of the programme was the generation of 20 student
led ideas across the two-day entrepreneurship awareness intervention.
Day 01: 12 Ideas
Day 02: 8 Ideas
Grand Total: 20 Innovative Ideas
The ideas generated during the programme provide a preliminary pipeline of student innovations
that can potentially be further explored through ideation refinement, problem validation,
mentoring, prototype development and incubation support.
7. Key Takeaways
The Srujana Shibir programme successfully:
• Created entrepreneurship awareness among 360+ students.
• Engaged 5 faculty members in the programme.• Delivered four structured awareness and ideation sessions over two days.
• Encouraged students to think beyond conventional employment-oriented career
pathways.
• Promoted innovation, problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Generated 20 student ideas as a direct outcome of the programme.
• Created an opportunity for continued engagement between the students and AIC
SKU.
• Established a potential pipeline of student innovators for future mentoring and
incubation.
8. Way Forward
The ideas generated during the Srujana Shibir programme may be taken forward through a
structured post-programme engagement mechanism.
The proposed next steps include:
1. Compilation and documentation of all 20 student ideas.
2. Preliminary screening of ideas based on innovation, problem relevance,
feasibility and scalability.
3. Identification of students/teams interested in pursuing their ideas.
4. Registration of interested student innovators with the AIC-SKU ecosystem.
5. Conducting subsequent mentoring and idea-validation sessions.
6. Supporting selected teams in developing proofs of concept and prototypes.
7. Facilitating exposure to incubation, entrepreneurship and startup development
opportunities.
8. Connecting promising ideas with appropriate mentors, experts and ecosystem
stakeholders.
9. Conclusion
The Srujana Shibir – Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme, conducted on 27th and
28th October 2026 at Santhiram Engineering College, Nandyal, successfully accomplished its
primary objective of fostering entrepreneurial awareness and innovation-oriented thinking
among engineering students.
With the active participation of 360+ students and 5 faculty members, the programme
provided students with practical exposure to the entrepreneurial mindset and encouraged them to identify problems, formulate innovative solutions and explore entrepreneurship as a potential
career pathway.
The generation of 20 student ideas over the two-day programme is a significant immediate
outcome and provides a promising foundation for subsequent mentorship, validation,
prototyping and incubation.
The collaborative efforts of Santhiram Engineering College and AIC-SKU have thereby
contributed towards strengthening the institutional innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem
and encouraging students to progress from ideas to innovation and from innovation towards
entrepreneurship.
