Developing Entrepreneurial Skills – Student Empowerment Session

A highly engaging and insightful Developing Entrepreneurial Skills Session was successfully conducted today at PM SHRI AP Residential School (Girls), Gooty, hosted by GATES Institute of Technology, Gooty.

The session was led by Mr. Fayaz Ahammed Shaik, Manager at AIC-SKU and Mentor of Change – Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India, with the participation of 160+ students.

The session focused on nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset among young students and helping them understand how entrepreneurial thinking can be applied not only to starting a business, but also to identifying problems, creating solutions, taking initiative, making informed decisions, and creating meaningful impact.

Through an interactive and practical approach, students were encouraged to explore their ideas, creativity, confidence, leadership abilities, communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and opportunity-identification skills.

The session provided students with an opportunity to look beyond traditional career paths and understand the importance of initiative, resilience, creativity, leadership and continuous learning in building a successful future.

With 160+ young minds actively participating, the session created a meaningful platform for students to discover their entrepreneurial potential and recognize that every great venture begins with identifying a problem and having the courage to create a solution.
