“Developing Entrepreneurial Skills” Conducted at ZPHS Kadvakal
Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Kadvakal, Putlur Mandal, Anantapuramu, successfully conducted DICE Programme Activity-01 – “Developing Entrepreneurial Skills”
Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Kadvakal, Putlur Mandal, Anantapuramu, successfully conducted DICE Programme Activity-01 – “Developing Entrepreneurial Skills” on 26th October 2026, under the School Innovation Council (SIC) and DICE initiative of the Government of India.
The programme was aimed at nurturing entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, innovation, problem-solving abilities and leadership skills among students, encouraging them to transform their ideas into meaningful solutions and future entrepreneurial opportunities.
The session was conducted by Mr. Fayaz Ahammed Shaik, Manager – Atal Incubation Centre, Sri Krishnadevaraya University (AIC-SKU), and Mentor of Change, Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India.
A total of 90 students actively participated in the programme. The session provided students with practical insights into entrepreneurship, identifying opportunities, developing innovative ideas, understanding problems from a solution-oriented perspective, teamwork, leadership and the importance of taking initiative.
The programme was attended and supported by five faculty members, including the Headmaster, Sri. G. Shankara Reddy Garu, who extended his support and encouragement towards promoting innovation and entrepreneurial education among the students.
The interaction also encouraged students to think beyond conventional learning and explore how their ideas, creativity and skills can contribute to solving real-world challenges. The programme emphasized the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mindset from the school level.
The successful conduct of the activity reflects the collaborative efforts of ZPHS Kadvakal, School Innovation Council and Atal Incubation Centre – Sri Krishnadevaraya University, towards strengthening innovation, entrepreneurship and experiential learning among school students under the DICE initiative.
