"Idea Generation & Validation Workshop"

About

Atal Incubation Centre - Sri Krishnadevaraya University (AIC-SKU), Anantapuramu, successfully organized an intensive "Idea Generation & Validation Workshop" hosted by Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology (RGMCET). Held at the state-of-the-art DS Lab in RGMCET, the workshop was designed to foster creative problem-solving, innovative thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset among budding engineers and researchers. During the interactive session, Dr. C. Chandra Mouli, CEO of AIC-SKU, served as the lead mentor. He personally reviewed and guided 14 student teams, providing critical feedback on their innovative project ideas. Dr. Chandra Mouli emphasized foundational startup frameworks, focusing heavily on: Problem Identification: Rooting ideas in real-world inefficiencies. Idea Validation: Structuring early-stage market research. Feasibility Analysis: Evaluating the technical and commercial viability of a product. Startup Development Strategies: Navigating the path from prototype to market launch. The workshop successfully created an inspiring ecosystem on campus, equipping students with practical insights to refine their concepts and take their first definitive steps toward transforming academic projects into scalable real-world solutions. AIC-SKU extends its appreciation to the leadership and organizing team at RGMCET for their commitment to driving student-led entrepreneurship.
